COVID-19 UPDATE – 2nd December 2021
We at Badger take the health and safety of our customers, colleagues, and contractors as our number one priority during these challenging times. We are doing all that we can to assist in containing the spread of COVID-19 and operating the business in the most responsible manner possible.
All sales ‘open weekend’ events continue to be suspended on all sites. Our selling agents for each development will be dealing with all enquiries, in accordance with their own Covid-19 policies, and extensive details of all our new homes are available to view online via our website or the usual online portals such as Rightmove. We would like to reassure you that we are still on hand to help you through your home buying journey either over the phone or by email. OUR WORK PRACTICES
Our Head Office is back open but continues to be closed to visitors. That said, it is currently operating with reduced staff levels to ensure safe working in line with Government guidelines. On occasion you may find if you telephone us that you get greeted by the answer phone, please feel free to leave a message, these will be checked regularly. Our general email firstname.lastname@example.org will also be monitored regularly.
Our sites are currently all open under safe, controlled, and managed protocols. Guidance issued by the CITB and Construction Leadership Council will be followed and all aspects of our site operations have been updated to address the changes that need to be made in order to fully comply with the restrictions imposed by social distancing requirements.
Customers who have purchased a Badger home, but we have not served notice to complete
Those customers who are purchasing a new home which is not yet complete, please be aware that it is possible that due to restrictive working and supply chain shortages completion and in turn, your moving in date may be delayed. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Our staff will continue to be in contact with each purchaser individually to discuss your particular circumstances. Our Selling Agents and Sales Staff remain on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Customers already living in a Badger home
Our Site Managers have now returned to site and can still be contactable via the mobile phone numbers and email addresses already in your possession. All non-emergency appointments and planned remedial works will now be attended to in order of priority/urgency. Your continued patience would be appreciated whilst our teams work through the backlog caused by the necessary restrictions. There may still be circumstances why we cannot attend agreed appointments, again please bear with us. If you have an emergency then please contact your Site Manager and they will do what they can to assist, whilst having to work within Government guidance and legislation. It is inevitable that these restrictions will cause inconvenience. However, we hope you understand why they are in place and that it is the responsible thing to do during these unprecedented times.
